Oh wow–I let this blog sit for way too long. Meanwhile we’ve been doing the “I feel skinny coming on” events whipping up Noevir Green Smoothies and getting a lot of attention from friends and associates.
I continue to drink my quart of green a day.
Mostly my diet is built around the smoothies or the soups Blendy and Vita help me prepare and then I add in a bit of fish and chicken and more veggies. I do go off program some–but keep that quart of green even when I stray into other gardens of nutritional fantasy–like a bag of chips or a plate of nachos!
So this past Friday our daughter returned from nine months in New Zealand and one of the first things she said was, “Mom, you are so skinny! It’s weird! Your face is skinny! Your cheeks are skinny! Your neck is skinny! Mom, I’ve never seen you this skinny!” Of course, I lapped it up like a dog with a bag of unguarded treats!
I had noticed, but it’s been coming on so steadily! I have noticed that I have to keep asking Clark to put more holes in my belts so I can keep my pants up!
Well today–Annemarie asked me how many inches I had lost so I looked back at the numbers I had recorded back in March when I was trying but nothing much was happening. Remember, it didn’t really start to work until I committed to drinking a quart of green every day which was the first of May.
So here is the report!
23 pounds shed!
28 inches lost over 10 points of measurement!
Seven inches lost around my tummy! Tummy was the big loser–or rather the big winner!
No wonder Clark needs to punch another hole in my belt! I’ll ask him tonight!
Meanwhile–what are you doing? Are you tanking up on a quart of Noevir Green Smoothie every day? If not, why not? You can start today!
What have you got to lose? Pounds? Inches? Low Self Esteem? Shame?

This picture doesn’t do justice to my weight loss–but it does show my 2 year old grandson siphoning “memaw’s” glass of green! He’s a believer! You can be, too!
