One Eagle, Three Trumpeter Swans and a Fun! Fun! Fun! Bus

Driving through the Skagit Valley Flats last week, I saw thousands of snow geese, tundra geese and trumpeter swans wintering in a field adjacent to I-5. We often see these birds in the cold months and rarely get a close view of them. They keep their distance. If they fly, they are always quite a distance away. Today would probably be no different especially with the row of photographers lining the siding road with their foot long lenses.

Just after I passed the field, I noticed a bald eagle perched in a tree directly off the freeway. I caught my breath! Just then, I noticed three trumpeter swans in flight soaring abreast right around that tree. They flew directly over my car! That caught my attention. That had NEVER happened before. Trying to pay attention to my driving, I heard the Still Small Voice whisper, “I am the God of convergence.” If that wasn’t enough, coming southbound was a bus with the words FUN! FUN! FUN! painted on the side.

Tingles went up my spine! I had just committed that morning to achieve Noevir Diamond Director by May 20, 2011. This would be my mother’s 96th birthday and what a gift it would be! Diamond in a Day–that was my goal! And now this visible and very tangible affirmation affirmed the course I was on. The rest of the day I was in heaven! What a picture this convergence painted for me.

Eagles are significant because they see the big picture and they seize the opportunity. Check!

The three trumpeter swans are significant because they represent the three leaders that I must develop in the upcoming months who will soar together as Unit Directors with Noevir. Check!

The Fun Bus is significant because I had just done some writing about how Noevir’s skin care products are like wheels. You don’t worship the wheels, but you find some busses with missing wheels and you connect them together. Check!

And Fun! Fun! Fun! is significant because I always say, “If it’s not fun, don’t do it!” Check!

Are you listening and looking to see the bigger picture in the creative thoughts that spontaneously light upon your mind? Do your physical eyes pick up messages that support the positive ideas that float into your mind? It’s a thought worth pondering! It’s a thought I will be pondering for some time as I head toward my convergence zone on May 20, 2011.

Make it a FLOURISHING DAY!

  2. Okay, I just had to post this here because I have to understand the significance of the eagle more clearly. And I don’t want to lose this list! Paper + me = a disaster!

Dr. Joseph Peck and his Webinar777 program influenced me to keep a blog. I attended the webinar he led with Nancy Slocum of http://Nancy777.com. In that webinar they showed a slide about the significance of the eagle. Because the eagle appeared to me in this I-5 encounter I wanted the whole list of attributes readily at hand. Thank you Joseph and Nancy–I found the list on your site and am posting it here for others to reflect on.
